How to upgrade or change your subscription plan
Manage your billing settings and scale your plan.
As your team grows, you may need to upgrade your OpenThreadAI plan to access more features, higher email limits, or additional user seats.
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Under your current plan details, click Manage Subscription or Upgrade Plan.
- Select the new plan (e.g., moving from Starter to Pro).
- Review the prorated charges and confirm the upgrade.
Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
