Introduction

Welcome to the OpenThreadAI documentation. Our platform is built around the powerful OpenThread AI Engine, which drives everything from intelligent email drafting to automated follow-up scheduling.

Quickstart

Get up and running with OpenThreadAI in under 5 minutes.

1. Create an account: Sign up for a free trial at our registration page.
2. Connect your email: Navigate to Settings > Email Accounts and connect your Google or Outlook account.
3. Import your leads: Go to the CRM tab and upload your CSV file of contacts.
4. Launch a sequence: Use our AI builder to generate your first multi-step email campaign.

Authentication (API)

To interact with the OpenThreadAI REST API, you must authenticate using a Bearer token.

You can generate a new API Key from your dashboard by visiting Settings > Developer > API Keys. Keep this key secret—do not commit it to version control.

OpenThread AI Engine

Our proprietary AI engine is what sets OpenThreadAI apart. It analyzes your company's value proposition, your prospect's linked profiles, and past successful campaigns to generate hyper-personalized outreach.

Sequences

A sequence is a multi-step automation workflow. It combines emails, LinkedIn touches, and manual call tasks.

When a prospect replies to any step in a sequence, they are automatically marked as "Replied" and are removed from future automated steps to prevent awkward follow-ups.

Keep your source of truth up to date. OpenThreadAI natively supports two-way sync with major CRMs.
