By accessing or using the OpenThreadAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the platform.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use our email marketing and CRM tools solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using OpenThreadAI to send unsolicited spam, malicious content, or content that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam regulations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication tokens (including Google OAuth tokens) that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password or grant unauthorized access to third parties.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not issue refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service or violate our anti-spam policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OpenThreadAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
