Connecting your email account is the first step to leveraging OpenThreadAI's powerful outreach capabilities. We support Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook natively.
Connecting a Google Workspace Account
- Navigate to Settings > Email Accounts.
- Click the Add Account button.
- Select Google from the provider list.
- Follow the OAuth consent screen to grant OpenThreadAI permission to send emails on your behalf.
- Once redirected back, your account will be marked as Active.
Note: If you have 2FA enabled on your Google account, you may need to generate an App Password depending on your organization's security policies.
