Exporting contacts and reports
Download your CRM data for external analysis or backup.
You own your data. OpenThreadAI makes it easy to export your contacts and pipeline data into a standard CSV format.
- Go to the Contacts tab.
- Use the filters to select the specific segment you want to export (or select all).
- Click the Export button in the top right corner.
- Choose the columns you wish to include in the CSV.
- Click Download CSV.
